Meet your Guide

Drawing upon a lifetime of meditative practice, Samantha offers wisdom cultivated through diverse trainings, certifications, and studies. With expertise in Tang Soo Do, Reiki, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Sound Meditation, her wellness journey is both multifaceted and deeply rooted.

Continuing university studies in holistic health, Samantha focuses on Maharishi Ayurveda and its integrative approach to well-being. She is committed to expanding her knowledge of meditative practices that promote balance and vitality.

Sam merges these practices into all aspects of life. She enjoys ecstatic dance, creating visual art, embarking on adventures, jamming with musical friends, organic gardening, exploring nature, learning from and teaching children, athletic play, and cooking delicious plant-based food to share.

Most importantly, Samantha is a happy mom to her vibrant daughter and several rescued animal companions. She and her family live “happily ever after” in the beautiful mountains of Bharat and Vermont.
